Documentation first
Certificates of analysis are published for every lot, including HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry confirmation, and heavy metals screening.
Cold-chain logistics
Orders placed before 2pm dispatch the same business day on gel packs in insulated mailers, with tracking issued at handoff.
